Tables for the science room
The science room has been equipped with science specific
tables that expand the scope of experiments and activities
that can be conducted at IC.
School Library
More than
$3,500 has been earmarked for purchase of new books for
the school library.
Ceramics at IC
Home & School funded the purchase of a new kiln and supplemented
the cost of electrical wiring required to operate the
kiln.
In the near future Home & School will be assisting
with additional art room funding including the purchase
of cabinets to store glazes and other art materials.
Freezer for the kitchen
IC assisted in the purchase of a new freezer for the
growing hot lunch program.
Teacher Summer Grants
Funding has been provided for IC staff to investigate
new reading programs and the use of smart board technology.
New Bibles
With the assistance of Hoffman's Books Home & School
provided the funding for purchase of diocese approved
bibles for the 5th, 6th and 7th Grades.
Supplemental Materials
Books, magazines and other learning aids have been provided
to several classrooms and to the guidance councilor.
The Marian Center
Home & School is well on its way to fulfilling our $25,000
