SCRIP Program
Shopping Certificates/Gift Cards

1. Each family will be provided a unique ID number. This number must appear on all orders you submit to ensure your purchases are accurately recorded.
2. Send orders into school on Mondays with your student. Orders will be placed Monday mornings and will be delivered via your student's Friday Folder. A signed registration form must be on file.
3. All certificate orders must be accompanied by a check/money order made payable to Immaculate Conception School or cash. Scrip certificate payments are not tax deductible because you receive dollar for dollar value. If your check is returned because of non-sufficient funds (NSF), you will be charged all related bank fees.
4. Once each quarter, IC Home & School will provide a summary of each participating family's purchases.
5. When you receive your scrip certificates, open your order and verify its accuracy. In the unlikely event you should find a discrepancy in your scrip order, please contact the Immaculate Conception School Scrip Program coordinator within 7 days.
6. Scrip certificates are the same as cash and should be handled accordingly. Immaculate Conception School will not be responsible for certificates that are lost, stolen or misplaced while in your possession. Scrip certificates are purchased on your behalf and are not returnable.
7. Order forms will be sent to registered families in the Friday Folders or can be picked up in the office.
8. One half of the discount will be accumulated and applied toward next year's tuition payment (July 2007) for the purchasing family. IC Home & School will retain any temporary increases in discounts offered by retailers.

How do I get started?

Print out a registration form if you have not already.
View our products database and select the items you would like to purchase.
You can then print out your order on one simple form and send it in to school.
